Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Anim Music Discord application, its website and related support services. Anim Music is operated independently by its developer in Brazil.

2. Information we process

To provide the service, Anim Music may process:

• Discord user, server, channel and role identifiers;
• server language, prefix, safety, playback and AutoDJ settings;
• playlists, favorites, queue requests and playback history intentionally created through the bot;
• Plus entitlement, trial and server-linking records;
• verified vote events used to determine trial eligibility;
• technical logs such as command errors, provider failures and service health.

Anim Music does not request your Discord password, payment card number, PayPal password or Stripe credentials.

3. Why we process it

Information is used to execute commands, maintain server preferences, protect communities, prevent abuse, restore user-created settings, deliver Plus entitlements, diagnose failures and improve reliability.

4. Payments

Membership payments are processed directly by the selected payment provider through Ko-fi. Anim Music receives only the membership status and Discord role needed to activate benefits; payment credentials are not stored by the bot.

5. Retention and deletion

Operational records are retained only while reasonably necessary to provide the service, preserve user-created settings, prevent repeated trial abuse or meet legal obligations. Server administrators may request deletion of server configuration and eligible users may request deletion of associated personal records through the official support channel linked from the bot profile.

6. Sharing

Information is not sold. Limited information may be processed by infrastructure, payment and bot-listing providers only when required to host the service, deliver a membership, verify a vote, prevent abuse or comply with law.

7. Security

Anim Music uses access controls, secret verification, restricted containers, encrypted HTTPS connections and limited data collection. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, but reasonable measures are maintained and reviewed.

8. Children

Anim Music is intended for use within Discord and follows Discord account-age requirements. The service is not designed to knowingly collect information from children outside those requirements.

9. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, including Brazil’s LGPD, you may request confirmation, access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information, or ask how it is used.

10. Contact and updates

Privacy requests can be submitted through the official Anim Music support server linked from the Discord application profile. Material changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
