Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By adding, accessing or using Anim Music, you agree to these Terms and to applicable Discord rules. If you administer a server, you confirm that you have authority to configure the application for that server.

2. The service

Anim Music provides Discord-based playback controls, radio discovery, queue management, playlists, favorites, safety controls, automation, personalization and related support. Features may change to improve reliability, safety or compliance.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Anim Music to violate law, Discord policies, intellectual-property rights, access restrictions or technical protections; harass others; distribute malicious material; overload the service; bypass safety controls; or obtain unauthorized access.

4. Third-party content and services

Anim Music does not sell, provide or license music, recordings or third-party catalogs. Availability of external content may change without notice and may be limited by the rights, policies and technical availability of its source. Users are responsible for lawful use in their jurisdiction and community.

5. Anim Music Plus

Anim Music Plus is a monthly digital membership that unlocks proprietary automation, personalization, expanded capacity and support features for one Discord server. Essential features remain free.

The first payment is charged when the membership begins and renewals occur monthly through the selected payment provider. A membership may be linked to one server and transferred according to the cooldown shown by the bot.

6. Trial access and verified votes

Eligible users may receive one seven-day Plus trial for one eligible server after a verified vote. The trial requires no payment card, does not renew automatically and may be denied or revoked in cases of duplication, fraud, abuse or ineligibility. Voting on multiple listings does not create multiple trials.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Members may stop renewal through Ko-fi or the applicable payment provider. Benefits generally remain available until the paid period ends. Duplicate charges or confirmed activation failures may be reviewed through official support in accordance with applicable law.

8. Availability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider changes, platform incidents, security measures or legal requirements may temporarily affect features.

9. Suspension

Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, legal compliance or service integrity, including abuse, attempted circumvention, fraudulent trials or serious policy violations.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anim Music is not responsible for indirect losses, external-content unavailability, third-party platform decisions or server configurations outside its control. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Contact and changes

Questions may be submitted through the official Anim Music support server linked from the Discord application profile. Material changes will be published here with an updated effective date.
